Our subscription service provides monthly financial planning consultations, analytical reviews, and personalized guidance for RM 250 per month, billed monthly in advance

User Eligibility Requirements

To use our service, you must meet the following requirements

• Maintain an active payment method for subscription billing

Subscriber Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to the following responsibilities

• Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Use our service for lawful purposes only
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account access
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our service

• Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
• Using the service for illegal activities or money laundering
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our consultation methodologies
• Harassing or abusing our staff during consultations
• Providing false or misleading financial information

Intellectual Property Rights

All consultation materials, methodologies, and content remain the intellectual property of Xylorithaneq and are protected under Malaysian copyright law

Privacy and Data Protection

Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription billing and payment terms are as follows

• Monthly subscription fee of RM 250 billed in advance on the same date each month
• All prices include applicable Malaysian taxes and GST
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods only

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

Service Disclaimers

Our consultation service is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes and all investment decisions remain solely with the subscriber

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify Xylorithaneq against any claims arising from their use of our service or financial decisions made based on our consultations

Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably through direct communication and mediation when possible

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005
• International subscribers may access alternative dispute resolution through recognized mediation services Alternative Dispute Resolution
• We encourage direct communication and mediation before formal dispute proceedings

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, constitute the complete agreement between you and Xylorithaneq

Terms Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
